Q: What is the dress code?
A: There is no official dress code, so you can wear whatever you'd like, but most attendees lean towards business casual for the sessions, and "resort wear" or cocktail attire for the welcome reception and group dinner.
Q: What should I bring?
A: The only thing your really need is an open mind that is ready to learn, and a notebook and pen to take notes. Some people opt to bring their laptop computers to take notes but keep in mind that outlets are not always readily available at your session table.
Q: What should I expect for the meals?
A: We typically serve a "light" breakfast with things like pastries, yogurt, fruit, coffee, etc. Lunch is a full buffet meal.
Q: How much free time will I have?
A: Our sessions are structured to be half days so you can spend the afternoons/evenings networking and spending time at the resort. We are typically done by 2-3pm. One night is spoken for with the group dinner.
Q: Can I bring my (kids, family member, etc) to the cocktail party and included meals, even though they won't be attending the sessions?
A: You are welcome to bring whoever you'd like to join you at the event. If they will be attending the sessions, they must purchase a ticket (VIPs are allowed one spouse ticket at $500 and any other non VIP guests are $750). If you have family members who will come to the included meals and not the sessions, please send an email to jackie.jenderko@tardus.com. We will arrange a payment link so you can pay just for the meal portion.
Q: Where is the detailed event agenda?
A: You can find the event agenda on the VIP Summit webpage (
www.tardus.com/vip-summit) We will continue to update it here as we nail down more specific speaking times, etc.
Q: What is included in the cost of the event?
A: Included in the cost of the event is a fully catered breakfast AND lunch on each day of the meetings as well as the Welcome Cocktail Party, and miscellaneous vendor-hosted events. Each attendee will also receive a VIP gift and have access to every presentation both live and the recorded version in their Tardus member portal post event.
