Alfred L. Ramirez is a real estate investor and private lender with over 20 years of experience in the game. He started out as a loan officer in 2003 and quickly found a passion for flipping distressed properties. Like many, he took a big hit during the 2008 crash and had to step away, working in the medical field to support his family. But he never gave up on the dream.
With the support of his wife, Alfred got back into the business in 2019, launching a real estate investment company that later expanded into hard money lending. Today, through his firm Impulse Capital Partners he provides funding for fix & flips, rentals, ground-up builds, and more. He also runs a life insurance agency, helping clients build long-term wealth.
