Our mission is to create a Wealth Revolution through coaching on unique cash flow and alternative investment strategies.
From six figures of debt to a patented wealth-building system — this is how Tardus came to be.
Tanisha and Chris Souza were newlyweds with six figures of student loan debt and no way out. Tanisha was grinding through long, stressful hours as an attorney, feeling trapped in a career she didn't love — just to keep up with the bills. Determined to escape, they turned to real estate investing and achieved financial freedom within a few years.
Determined to help others achieve the same freedom, they bought a Tardus franchise, which at the time focused on mortgage payoff strategies. They quickly realized paying off debt wasn't enough — people needed a way to create income.
Tanisha set out to design a system that didn't just eliminate debt but helped people generate self-sustaining passive income — giving them true financial freedom. After years of refinement, Tanisha was granted a U.S. patent for the Income Snowball, a revolutionary system for building wealth faster than traditional investing.
Tardus coaches work one-on-one with members worldwide to help them create passive income, eliminate debt, and take control of their financial future.
Every Tardus coach has walked the path — and is committed to helping you do the same.

Attorney-turned-entrepreneur, Tanisha invented the patented Income Snowball system after achieving her own financial freedom. She leads Tardus with a mission to help high-income professionals escape the grind and build lasting wealth.

Chris partnered with Tanisha from the very beginning — from digging out of six figures of debt to building a financial education company that serves members around the world. His entrepreneurial drive and real estate expertise shaped the Tardus model.

Financial freedom isn't just personal — it's a force for good in the world.

For the past several years, we have partnered with HomeAid Hawaii to provide tiny homes for our neighbors experiencing homelessness. Now you can help us make a big impact — and build homes for our Maui neighbors.
