Kevin’s finance journey dates to his freshman year in high school where he was accepted into an elite Magnet Program called The Finance Academy. At only 13 years old he set his eyes on Wallstreet. After high school, he attended Business School at Florida Atlantic University and is currently working on his Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) at the University of Maine.

In 2016, Kevin had the opportunity to break into Real Estate, building his first new construction luxury investment property which sold for $2.4mm. With over $40mm in personal REI transactions, multiple 7-figure rental properties, and Awarded ‘Top Producing Realtor 2020 – South Florida’, his passion for alternative investment strategies is paramount.

Now a Wealth Coach, his hope is to share his amassed knowledge in both Finance and Real Estate to help Tardus clients realize true financial freedom through investing.
